OUR LOGISTICS CAPABILITIES | INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Our suppliers span the globe. Our freight and transport network ensure we are able to manage incoterms that work best for our brand partners. With logistics facilities in Ireland and Mainland China we are able to work on the best model to support growth.
Our HQ just outside Dublin (co. Wicklow) is attached to our state of the art warehouse and distribution facility. Our warehouse management system provides real time data on stock availability, turn and demand planning to ensure product availability at all times.
Shipments are scanned using serial numbers to track orders and manage returns. In addition to store level deliveries our system now manages direct shipment to consumers as retail and etail partners look for flexibility on stock holding and scaling their offer without the investment in stock.
DATA ANALYTICS | THE NUMBERS
At JDM Products we continuously invest our in our IT and partner reporting capabilities. We provide our brand partners with bespoke real time reports on product sell in and stock holding.
We also provide batch FTP retail reports on sell thru and stockholding daily if required. Our customers have the ability to integrate with our ordering system via EDI which enables instant upload of orders and same day dispatch.
Our customer portal (login on home page) enhances our customer experience by providing a platform to place orders, track shipments , access copy Pod’s , invoices and process customer returns.

A strong regional sales team in both the UK and Republic of Ireland provide on the ground support for our retail accounts. With over 3000 active trading accounts covering all major verticals, JDM deliver a strong regional footprint for our brand partners. Managing the sell through numbers closely we are able to identify where training is needed the most. With teams field based in the UK and Ireland we are able to cover stores nationwide. In addition to store level training, we regularly organise and deliver group training and motivational exercises on a regional or national basis.
